🔄 14-Day Return Policy
All returns need to be sent to EU warehouse:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period.
If the customer contacts us or ships the item after the return period has expired, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Shipping & Customs (Very Important)

All return and exchange shipments must be sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

Returns sent without DDP shipping cannot be accepted, as unpaid customs duties and import procedures prevent us from receiving the parcel.

Any shipments sent without DDP will be returned to the sender or rejected.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always covered by the customer.

In case of an exchange:

the customer covers the cost of returning the item,
-
we cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more may be returned or exchanged only for store credit.

Monetary refunds are not available for items purchased with a 50% or higher discount.
Refund Processing Time

Once the return is approved, the refund or store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for an exchange, and we will arrange it immediately. You can then return the item that does not fit to our closest office. Alternatively, you can return the item first, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
